DESCRIPTION:Training for: ADULT AND YOUTH\nNOTE: This is a prerequisite course for Wood Badge and NYLT staff.\nTrained leaders provide better programs for the young men and women\nthey serve in their units. Whether teaching knots to a fellow Scout, leading a merit badge class, or leading a district training session, effective techniques must be used in order to present the message in the most effective manner.\nThis course is designed to help Scouters, regardless of their experience, present effective\ntraining. The course will also help those who might have trained for other organizations learn\nthe BSA’s training techniques.
