It is designed to introduce Cub Scout\nLeaders to Pack overnight camping. This is an energetic training that will cover everything you need\nto know to plan and run a Pack overnighter. It is more than just camping – it includes ideas for\noutdoor activities, games, and ceremonies; information on selecting and using camping equipment;\nhow to run a campfire program; and hands-on Cub Scout cooking demonstrations! In short, you will\nlearn everything you need to know to make your pack overnighter a fun, successful event!\nNOTE: A BALOO-trained leader must be present on any Cub Scout Pack or Den overnight event.\nTraining: Saturday 8am to Sunday 10am, bring tent, sleeping bag and personal\ngear, please indicate any dietary restrictions.\nCourse fee: $40.00 \nQuestions? Please bring your printed certificate of completion to this course.\nOvernight Camping Details: Participants should bring personal camping gear, including tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, pillow, boots, rain gear, extra clothing, camp chair, flashlight, personal hygiene, medications, water bottle, cup or thermos and mess kit.   \nCourse Details: Have both your field and activity uniforms. Scout Leader uniform. Be prepared to have FUN.  You will be part of a Webelos Den, sing songs, plan skits, learn to cook, camp, tie knots, flag etiquette, plan campfires and outdoor ceremonies, fire and equipment safety, outdoor ethics, duty to god and MORE!
