What Is Exploring?

Exploring is a unique, co-ed career exploration program for young men and women ages 10 to 20. It’s designed to give you a real taste of what different careers are like—whether you’re interested in law enforcement, healthcare, engineering, technology, culinary arts, or dozens of other fields. You’ll get to:

Participate in hands-on activities and real-world projects

Meet and network with professionals working in your areas of interest

Make friends with other youth who share your passions

Build leadership, teamwork, and life skills in a supportive, informal environment

How Does It Work?

Clubs (Ages 10–14): Perfect for middle school students, clubs offer a fun introduction to career fields with interactive activities and group projects.

Posts (Ages 14–20): High school and older youth can join posts, where you dive deeper into specific careers, shadow professionals, and even try out real job tasks.
